Stephan Wiedner is the CEO of Noomii.com, the world’s largest network of coaches whose purpose is to unleash the collective potential of people to solve the world’s biggest challenges. Noomii partners with forward-thinking, global organizations to design and deliver customized, scalable, and data-driven coaching initiatives. In 2019, Noomii.com partnered with The Fearless Organization to certify the first global cohort of leadership coaches on the Psychological Safety Scan, as developed by Harvard Professor, Amy C. Edmondson. In addition to leading Noomii, Stephan is the cofounder of Theravue, an online deliberate practice system to help front-line workers strengthen interpersonal effectiveness. Stephan has been a certified coach for nearly 20 years and has numerous accreditations including Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Stephan is married with two children and enjoys spending quality time in the outdoors, hiking, biking, camping, and reading.
