Founder and CEO of WeCare4 ™, initially focused on building a community of caregivers for the aging, then extending to other segments. Its mission is to:  (1) help those who are caring for the aging whether they are family members, friends, or professionals providing care at home or in institutional settings; (2) build a community of and for these caregivers where they can learn about and share their experiences in helping the people that they serve; (3) extend this community to organizations that interact with, provide products and services to, and/or are interested in helping caregivers provide the best possible service to their loved ones and/or patients; and (4) provide the most relevant news, information, resources, products, and services that assist caregivers with every aspect of day-to-day life management. Launching in 4Q2019, WeCare4 evolved out of Carol’s innovative childcare and eldercare provider placement/consulting company, Family Care Necessities. As a recognized leader in the field of childcare and eldercare, Carol was selected as a childcare industry expert for a segment of the “Oprah” Winfrey show. She also published a book, Oh No! We Need a Nanny!, a complete guide for families who are looking for childcare.

She leads the talent management portion of GA, and has performed business as well as individual needs assessment, recruiting, and staffing in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, independently, as well as with Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company. 

The Council fills critical gaps and provides the opportunity, forum, and structure for executives and their teams to “connect the dots,” break down silos, and better understand, leverage, and maximize the impact of the continuously evolving and expanding suite of marketing resources in the overall strategic positioning of their for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Previously held domestic and international telecommunications positions with both AT&T and ITT in competitive assessment, business development, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, sales, staffing, and industry regulation. Member of AT&T’s renowned Leadership Continuity Program.
