Carol Greco is an experienced senior level business professional with over 30 years of experience who excels in organizational design and has performed business as well as individual needs assessment and extensive executive search and recruiting. She has designed new positions, recruited staff, trained and developed personnel in a wide variety of for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
Carol’s nonprofit clients have included the American Medical Association, Direct Marketing Association, Edison Electrical Institute, Electronic Retailing Association, Interactive Advertising Bureau, Local Search Association, and National Association for Printing Leadership, among others. For-profit clients have included, AT&T, AXA Equitable, PSE&G, Korn/Ferry, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Serratelli, Inc. and Veeco Services.
On a volunteer basis, Carol helped to start a community education foundation and worked with the organization on initiating an after school program. Carol also works pro bono with people who have lost their positions, late in their careers, as well as those who are just starting out and have no experience to write a resume and cover letters, conduct a job search, and prepare for interviews.
